To provide you with a personalized longevity companion, we collect the following types of information:
  • Account Information: When you register, we may collect your name, email address, age, gender, and password.
  • Health and Lifestyle Data: To power features like the Life Bank and Longevity Hub, we collect data you provide regarding your daily habits, including sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management.
  • AI Interaction Data: When you use the AI Health Companion, we collect the text of your chats, questions, and the feedback you provide to generate simple suggestions and quick answers.
  • Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, such as your device type, operating system, IP address, and app activity (e.g., how often you view your Youngr Brief).

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Youngr. Specifically, your data is used to:
  • Personalize Your Experience: Tailor your weekly health plans, habit cards, and the Youngr Brief based on your goals and preferences.
  • Power the AI Companion: Enable the AI to provide context-aware, relevant daily guidance and habit reminders. (Note: Add a line here stating whether AI chat data is used to train your models or if it remains strictly private).
  • Track Your Progress: Calculate and update your Life Bank health score based on your logged healthy actions.
  • Communicate With You: Send you the Friday weekly digest, habit reminders, and important app updates.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following circumstances:
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, and AI processing APIs). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: If Youngr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred.

4. Data Retention
We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We store your user data—including account information, health and lifestyle data, and AI interactions—for a period of 14 days. After this 14-day period, your data is automatically and securely deleted or permanently anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  

6. Payment Processing
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may process purchase-related data such as transaction details and subscription status on our behalf.
 
7. Children's Privacy
Youngr is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
